I’ve studied philosophy and religion and followed the great thinkers for as long as I can remember. I integrate all of what I’ve learned so that I can help people become rooted into their own beliefs and values. These are not the same as transient mood, interests, and circumstances, but a firm foundation that anchors into purpose, practice, and eventually, habits and rituals than are living foundations in your life. This purpose acts like a mirror, reflecting back and holding us accountable to the work we do together.
It is easy to let you justify your choices and help you validate them, but it won’t help you. It’s easy to help you become aware of your patterns, but awareness without action does nothing, with adherence to practices agreed upon in sessions taking more of the focus. The resistance to change is the focus, and we worth the to get you past your resistance and into embodiment.
Meaningful change is simple, but not at all easy. My intention is to give you the tools you need to make it through the rest of your life feeling empowered and authentic. Work with me is direct and has a meaningful beginning an end.
I am currently not a licensed mental health counselor, but am preparing to take my exam and will be accepting insurance in the second half of the year.
I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology with over 2,000 supervised hours competed.
I am a certified Break Method emotional repatterning practitioner, and use many of these methodologies in my work.
I am a Certified NASM personal trainer, a trained teacher with 10 years of teaching experience, and a fitness professional of 25 years.
I combine all of my training and experience into sessions and incorporate movement, breath work, and more into my work.

I bring a unique combination of expertise—a Masters in Counseling Psychology, an NASM personal trainer certification, yoga teacher training, and over 25 years in the fitness industry—to support sedentary women in transforming their relationship with their bodies and movement.
My coaching approach isn’t just about exercise; it’s about creating a deep sense of self-love, pleasure, and vitality through movement. Drawing from decades of experience, I gently guide you to rediscover movement as a source of joy, not obligation. Sessions with me weave together directed counseling with a variety of movement formats. The goal is to support you as you explore everything from Yoga to weight lifting, to walking, to dance, until you have found a practice you enjoy and benefit from. Together, we’ll cultivate habits that help you:

• Reignite your natural sensuality and feel empowered in your sexuality.

Work with me is best done at least once a week, with movement always being incorporated into in person sessions. In between time together, you will have light homework specific to your challenges and desires. Contact me for questions about working together alone or in a small group of your friends. Remote sessions can be held through Zoom.

My ideal client is a woman who has had sporadic and/or conflicting experiences with exercise, who feels tired, disconnected from herself. She is ready to do real and meaningful work, to take full responsibility for her life, and ready to radiate with vitality and edge.
