Function for life and for your passions are one of the most powerful attributes you can develop. Imagine being able to do what you love, confidently, for decades. For that reason, I teach movement with intention and purpose that extends beyond being able to execute a perfect squat in a controlled environment (but, that too…).
Every session with me includes basics of functional movement patterns that we can progressively overload as you get stronger. While that may sound like gibberish now, what that means is you being strong and sure out there in the real world. Moving this way can help prevent injury as well as give you a nice boost in performance.
Consistency is everything when it comes to staying fit. Our interests and body changes over time, so it’s best to stay open to trying new tings to keep yourself entertained, as well as to find weak spots we can help to develop along the way.
